Outback card fb live 27 3 2021

A card inspired by the Australian Outback.

Take white card front and a scrap of card and lay black tuxedo memento ink over the bottom 1/3 (approximately) of the card. This forms the silhouette of the ground.

Now take your stencil of Uluru and place on the "horizon" and also use the whole black ink pad to "colour" it in by dragging the stamp pad over the stencil.

Punch a 1" circle to use as a sun stencil. Now using your blending brushes blend Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze until you get your sunset appearance. Take away the sun stencil and lightly brush this with just Crushed Curry.

Mix about a teaspoon of embossing paste with one drop of Crumb Cake ink on your silicone mat.
Lay your tree stencil in the desired space (TIP this can be temporarily stuck down with washi tape to keep in place while you apply the embossing paste).
To create texture tap your palette knife up and down in the embossing paste while on the stencil.
IMPORTANT!! It is important that you wash your stencil and palette knives immediately after use so that the paste doesn't harden on your tools.

Take a piece of Cajun Craze cardstock and using memento black ink stamp and your stamp on your stamparatus. Wipe your stamp clean of any black ink and then re-ink using your versamark.
Sprinkle the sentiment cardstock with clear embossing powder and then heat. Now your sentiment looks like you have used black embossing powder. Shiny and Glossy!

Die cut the sentiment out using the small Stitched rectangle die and then die cut a slightly larger rectangle in gold and layer your sentiment and adhere using Stampin Dimensions.

Adhere some rhinestones.
Adhere the card front to the card base and your card is finished.
