Gilded leafing embellishments card from FB live 27-3-2021
A beautiful classic gold and white card for almost any occasion depending on the sentiment you use. Please feel free to comment or contact me if you have any questions.
Score a piece of 10 x 14.3cm card stock
• First score line ¼" down to 5"
• Second score line 3/8" down to 43/4"
• Third score line ½" down to 41/2"
Turn your card stock one turn to the left and then score at
• 51/4" down to 3"
• 51/8" down to 27/8"
• 5" down to 23/4"
Adhere double sided tape down the length of the card front
Adhere a small section at the bottom to where the vertical line commences and then cut then commence double sided tape again after the vertical line. (This stops the cross over of the tape and the guilded gold embellishments when applied).
Take off tape from double sided tape and dip into guilded gold embellishments and press gold onto the sticky areas. Using a sponge, rub off excess gold flakes over your container.
Adhere one of the forever gold speciality DSP sentiment labels.
On a scrap piece of white cardstock stamp your sentiment in versamark and then using gold embossing powder emboss the sentiment
Die cut this out on an angle using one of the Stitched Rectangle dies.
Place the white cardstock sentiment on an angle over the gold dsp.
Stamp the squares from Peaceful moments stamp in versamark down in the bottom right hand corner.
Sprinkle the heat and embossing powder over this area and then heat. This will make the heat and stick powder sticky.
Now dip this area into the guilded gold flakes and rub excess off with the sponge.
Adhere the card front to the card base
