Butterfly Brilliance Card
Hi all, Have been in the craft room on this rainy day in Brissy and my parcel arrived on time from Stampin Up with the Butterfly Brilliance Suite and I just couldn't wait to make a card with it. Hope you like today's card.
Cut a piece of Mint Macaron cardstock for your base card and fold in half. 21.9cms x 10.5.
Select one of the many beautiful pieces of DSP from the Butterfly Brillance Bundle and cut it at 10cms x 14.3cms and adhere to the front of your card base.
Die cut one of the large butterflies using basic black card stock and your big shot
Apply a layer of Crystal effects to the body and the larger parts of the wings of the butterfly and put aside to dry while you make your sentiment.
Take a scrap piece of Mint Macaron cardstock and emboss in black (as black embossing powder is no longer available you could use either silver, gold or even copper) and emboss your sentiment of choice. But a strip and take the ends. Cut a piece of black cardstock slightly larger and do the same to place behind the sentiment tag.
Make a bow using the Mint Macaron ribbon and adhere to you card front.
When the butterfly is dry adhere it to the card front as well.
