This week's WaHAT'S UP WEDNESDAY was using the Ink Blotching Technique.  A great way to add some eye popping colour to your card projects.  The main ingredients for this technique are the Fluid 100 Colour Paper, Water and Ink refills.  Yep that's all it takes.
